Our Buffet And Tingkat Meals

Hong Choo Pte Ltd, established in 2000, is the brainchild of Mr. Kam Thian Teng and his daughter, Ms. Agnes Kam. Our family business specializes in food catering services such as buffets and Tingkat meals. The meals are cook with top quality ingredients and with minimal salt, sugar and oil and we strongly discourage the use of MSG in our foods.

As the founder of Hong Choo, Thian Teng expressed that he had always held a strong interest in cooking. Since young, he would observe how others cook and experiment different recipes. Before Thian Teng started this business, he ran a mixed vegetable rice stall at a local coffee house. As he prepared multiple dishes each day, his culinary skills gradually improved and that was when he desired to share his delectable dishes with more people. Hence, Thian Teng decided to discover more about the food catering industry and eventually, with the help of his daughter, he made the big leap to begin his own food distribution business.
