Terms & Conditions

Deferment of tingkat service to inform at least 2 days in advance from Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm(cut off time) all by calls to 68583170 only.
Operating hour from Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Sat Sun 8am to 1pm
No last minute cancellation of tingkat meal otherwise will be charged as delivered(no extension)
Once order is confirmed, unable to make any further changes to the existing order and strictly NO REFUND policy.
If you wish to terminate the service during the subscription, no refund will be made, it will be forfeited.
For everyday subscription ending, it will be automatically renewed to another 20 days in and forth.
Termination of the tingkat contract must be notify via Hong Choo office hotline at least 3 days prior to expiry date of the contract. Admin fee will be applicable for any orders cancelled after first cycle commenced.
Payment must be made ahead of the date of commencement.
No deferment for 10 days trial and Deferment of the tingkat for 20 days max 4 days(4 days week is 2 days)
All orders stopped/paused due to any circumstances, remaining days needs to completed within the same month or orders will be terminated without notice.
